BUILDING MAINTENANCE/UTILITY WORKER – "Part Time"

The Gloucester Township Housing Authority (GTHA) is seeking an experienced individual for the position of a "part time" Building Maintenance/Utility Worker. Candidate is responsible for general grounds maintenance tasks, performing general janitorial tasks and light facility maintenance tasks. This position is part time requiring the candidate to work two (2)-three (3) hours a day, five (5) days a week. Position requires knowledge of tools, safety precautions and occupational hazards. A position description is part of this advertisement. Candidate should possess a valid NJ driver's license. This position excludes benefits.
